Healthy habits should start young. Our youth programs blend fitness, STEM-fueled nutrition labs, and mentorship circles to help students see health as something they can understand, own, and enjoy.

Senior Wellness

From low-impact exercises to honest health conversations, our monthly Senior Wellness Programs keep older adults moving, learning, and connected. Each gathering includes movement, health education, and shared meals.
