Our History
Healthy Habits began in 2021 as a small community wellness initiative serving youth and families through fitness and health education. Launched through our family’s training business, Coach Keem Fitness, the effort quickly grew beyond workouts into a broader vision for health and mentorship. By 2024, we had launched our monthly Senior Wellness Program and partnered with schools and community organizations. In 2025, Healthy Habits officially became a nonprofit.
